- We are a private specialist clinic
- We believe that our fees are reasonable and reflect the high standard of care that we provide
- Our fees reflect what is recommended by the AMA for specialist consultations
- Individual consultation fees will vary depending on the services provided within each consultation
- We don’t bulk bill
- Accounts are payable on the day of your consultation
- We accept cash, EFTPOS or major credit cards (Not American Express)
- Our services are not claimable through private health insurance
- To claim a rebate from Medicare, a valid referral from your GP or specialist is required
- We offer online Medicare claiming on the day of consultation. You must have registered your bank details with Medicare prior to the consultation. For details visit Medicare.
Settling your account

- MBE will now handle processing payments and submitting claims to Medicare on your behalf, making it easier for you to complete the payment process.

Cancellation Fee
At Kudos Paediatrics, we know that sometimes unexpected things happen, and plans may need to change. We understand and want to work with you to ensure the best care for your child. However, we kindly request your cooperation with our cancellation policy to provide fair access to our services for all families.
Here are a few important details to keep in mind:
Reminders: We will send you a text reminder before your appointment to help you stay informed and organised.
Changing or Cancelling: Please avoid late cancellations to ensure consistent and reliable healthcare. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled time by midday.
Consideration for Others: Please consider the impact of late cancellations on others. By giving us enough notice, we can offer the appointment to another family in need. Your cooperation ensures that everyone has a chance to receive timely care.
Late Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hour’s notice) up to 100% of the estimated consultation fee will be charged. We hope you understand that this helps us manage our resources and provide quality care to all our patients.
Repeated Late Cancellations: We are committed to providing quality care to your child. Repeated late cancellations make it difficult for us to support you. In cases of repeated late cancellations, we may take the tough decision to discharge patients from our service. We value your cooperation and understanding as we work together to provide reliable care for all our patients.
